And now the long 4th of July weekend is rapidly approaching. The carrier’s still dealing with a nationwide string of delays and cancellations, not only at Denver, but nationwide. United cancelled more than a hundred flights Thursday and delayed more than 300 at Denver International, and of course a ground stop there as severe weather moved through, didn’t help. Still no word on exactly what United’s issue has been nationwide, for almost a week.
