Eldora plans to open tomorrow, a full 2 weeks ahead of its announced schedule, after Boulder County got 15 inches from the storm. Winter Park, in Grand County, is also opening tomorrow. Loveland and Arapahoe Basin, both near the continental divide, opened immediately last Sunday, and Keystone, in Summit County, opened Wednesday. November is said by meteorologists to be Colorado’s 5th snowiest month, on average.
