One woman reported her allegations of inappropriate touching by Fort Collins chiropractor Dr. Brian Rohrick (ROAR-ick), 4 years ago. The state didn’t act against his license back in 2019, but just issued him a “warning.” Now, Rohrick is facing two criminal charges, after Fort Collins Police say two women who don’t know each other have shared similar stories about their appointments…

Officers now believe there may be more victims. They say a woman now says Rohrick just recently touched her private areas in a sexual manner at his “Peak Performance” chiropractic office. Court documents say a different woman claimed in 2019 that in these words, “Dr. Brian crossed many client-patient boundaries, including asking me invasive questions about my sexual history, putting his hand down my shirt, and offering me sexual favors.” Those papers say the state didn’t act at that time, because it had, quoting again, “no reasonable cause” to move forward. The state board did advise Rohrick, however, it was “concerned” with how he was communicating and interacting with female patients. Rohrick reportedly claimed in a phone call with the board, he would in his words, “never do that” to a patient. The chiropractor turned himself in to police last week, was released on bond, and is not currently seeing any patients.
