A former National Security Agency employee from Colorado Springs, accused of stealing US secrets and selling them to Russia has pleaded guilty…
(Guilty of Spying in CO vxr :30)
Jareh Dalke (JAR-ee DOLL-kuh) could spend the rest of his life in prison, after working for the NSA for less than a month last year. Federal investigators say Dalke used his job to send parts of classified documents to someone he thought was a Russian agent, but who actually was with the FBI. Prosecutors say Dalke wanted 85 thousand dollars for the classified info. He planned to hand it over at Denver’s Union Station, but the FBI arrested him there. Dalke pleaded guilty to 6 counts of attempting to transmit classified national defense information. He’s due to be sentenced next April.
