Forecasters say it should feel a lot better weather-wise today, as the whole state cools off a bit…
(CO Wx Voicer :31)
A few scattered thunderstorms made their way across the state Wednesday, and today the Denver area may not even get a temperature in the 80’s. There was some rain in the southeast, northeast, and northwestern parts of the state Wednesday, but not on the front range. The Denver area could see a few rainshowers early today, then there should be at least a chance of thunderstorms the rest of the day into tonight. Watch out on the eastern plains, however– some storms there could become severe late today andto tonight. If those storms do crop up, they should die down by late tonight. After the cooldown, forecasters say hot temperatures might be back over the weekend.
