Those living in or passing through Garfield County will have to abide by new fire restrictions taking effect on July 21st. Some of the restrictions include a postponement of burn permits, campfires and smoking being designated to certain areas, and no fireworks. When it comes to welding projects on buildings or vehicles, the county recommends using common sense and industry safe practices. Im Thomas Clark
