Courts in 2 other states say they wouldn’t take Trump off the primary ballot due to his role in the January 6th, 2021 insurrection at the Capitol. A Denver judge heard closing arguments in the Colorado version of the case Wednesday. A group of voters, including some Republicans, claims the Constitution’s 14th Amendment bars Trump from holding the Presidency because he incited the insurrection.
