Back in June, the star of “Scary Movie 1 & 2” was trying to get from Denver to Kansas City for a performance on a United flight.  Court filings say Wayans tried to carry 3 bags onto the plane, but agents told him to consolidate them down to 2.  Wayans’ lawyers say he did so, but then saw multiple white passengers boarding with 3 each.  The court documents say Wayans was eventually allowed to board, but was then kicked out before takeoff.  His lawyers say the gate agents racially discriminated against Wayans, and so did the Denver city attorney’s office, when citing him for disturbing the peace.  Wayans’ attorneys want that ticket dismissed.  He posted on Instagram last night, he wants a United worker disciplined.
