The northbound side of the interstate reopened about 4 Thursday afternoon. The southbound lanes had reopened Wednesday. The National Transportation Safety Board says a broken piece of track may have caused the coal train to derail, sending 30 cars onto the highway below, crushing Henderson’s semi.
