That facility and its owners are under investigation for improperly storing at least 115 people’s bodies. The state emergency operations center is helping Fremont County and the CBI in removing those remains. The local sheriff’s office says it’s heard from more than a hundred people’s family members so far. The investigation is expected to last several months.
