She’s now filed a rare motion, trying to convince the judge that the prosecutor has made the wrong decision. If she wins, a special prosecutor would take over that case.
TAG– Ms. Telleen’s lawyer Matthew Holtzman says the bus driver was going too fast at the time, and didn’t watch where he was going. He believes the evidence supports a charge of careless driving resulting in death. It may still be several weeks before a judge decides on the matter.
