Forecasters say much of Colorado may see a significant weather change later this week…
(Likely Wx Change Later This Week :25)
While most of the front range may get sunshine and temperatures around 80 today, change is said to be coming soon. A ridge of high pressure that’s brought warm conditions in recent days will move southwest, making way for some low pressure to drop in from the northwest. Winds in much of the state are predicted to pick up by Wednesday, and temperatures may drop enough to bring the first significant snowfall accumulation of the coming winter around Thursday, in mountain areas including Summit County, Winter Park, Steamboat, Vail, and Aspen.
