Officers say after the hit that took out Buffs 2-way star Travis Hunter, threats started pouring in against Rams safety Henry Blackburn and his family. Police have told reporters they’re taking extra steps to protect Blackburn and his relatives, while they investigate. He’s one of CU’s top new players, and since he’s strong on both offense and defense, he sees more action in each game than any other. He’s expected to miss the Buffs’ games against Oregon and Southern California.
