A federal appeals court won’t let Colorado ban 18 to 20 year-olds from buying guns…
Earlier this month, the judge sided with the gun-rights group, “Rocky Mountain Gun Owners.” The court temporarily blocked the state’s new law, raising the minimum age to buy a weapon from 18 to 21. The state filed an appeal, requesting an emergency stay for the new law to go into force. Tuesday, that was denied. It means the law will be on pause, while a suit on the issue moves through the courts.
