Prosecutors reached a plea deal with that suspect, Casey Duvall. But the family of one victim says that decision went against their wishes. Duvall was accused of first-degree murder last year in the killings of his sister, Jessica Mitchell, and her boyfriend Todd Gray. His family fears there may be no answers for them, even in Douglas County court this week, since that plea agreement has come about. Duvall’s expected to go to prison for second-degree murder, but Gray’s family including his sister Lindsey Bingel, is concerned, since that doesn’t mean life behind bars…
