Terrell (tuh-REHL) Lucero was arrested last year. Thursday, he pleaded guilty to manslaughter, and possession with intent to distribute. Lucero was busted in May of ’22, before the state’s new fentanyl law took effect. That statute includes stricter punishments for dealers. The victim’s family said they were pleased with Thursday’s plea and sentence for Lucero.
