After months of negotiation, 23 meetings, and some 150 different proposals, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union says it\u2019s hit a wall. A federal mediator was brought in this past Thursday trying to come up with some solution both sides could go with, but there still was no deal. The union\u2019s asking for better pay- a 20% increase over 3 years, instead of the 13% Xcel is offering.
