We would like to continue making progress.\u201d&nbsp; If they don\u2019t, the union says all 19 hundred of its members will stop working at power plants, stop repairing power lines, and stop fixing gas mains.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OPTIONAL TAG&#8211; Xcel could hire non-union contract crews, like power companies sometimes do during natural disasters.&nbsp; But the union\u2019s betting that finding people willing to take those jobs would be difficult for the company.&nbsp;
