A southern Colorado police officer recently died when he fell off a bridge while chasing a suspect. That suspect is now accused of the officer\u2019s murder\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It happened back in February, when Fountain Officer Julian Becerra was one of several pursuing a group in a stolen car. Becerra ran after one suspect, Darrin Bobian, then fell off that bridge. Becerra died in a hospital more than a week later. At the time, investigators couldn\u2019t tell if he\u2019d slipped from the bridge or been pushed. Now, the El Paso County Sheriff\u2019s Office says Bobian is facing second-degree murder charges for Becerra\u2019s death.
