Last year, some people in Aurora continued to set off their illegal fireworks, even after their neighbors were evacuated due to a fireworks-caused wildfire.&nbsp; Several communities are even calling off old-style fireworks presentations, saying they\u2019re just not worth the risk.&nbsp; If you hear a lot of illegal fireworks in your neighborhood, firefighters say please don\u2019t call 911 unless someone\u2019s actually injured, or something\u2019s on fire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAG&#8211;&nbsp; Some of the biggest places in the state are offering help&#8211;&nbsp; Jefferson County says illegal fireworks can be reported through its \u201cJeffco911\u201d app.&nbsp; Douglas County has a fireworks hotline you can call between 4 pm and midnight.&nbsp;
