This week, a judge sentenced Haley Mill, after she pleaded guilty to vehicular assault and first-degree assault. The crash happened a year ago this month, on Highway 40, between I-70 and Evergreen Parkway in Jefferson County. Investigators say Mill passed a group of cyclists, hitting two of them. Lisa Ludwig ended up in a hospital with multiple broken bones and a traumatic brain injury. The other cyclist managed to avoid hospitalization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
