Buen entered that not-guilty plea in court Thursday, which sets up a potentially month-long trial. Buen\u2019s ex-supervisor, Kyle Gould, is the one who appears ready to admit guilt in a plea deal. When Christian called for help after his car got stuck on a boulder, multiple officers surrounded Glass, who\u2019d done nothing wrong, and Buen eventually killed him. Gould had been monitoring the situation remotely, and gave the order to break into Glass\u2019 car, which led to the shooting.
