Colorado Springs TV station KRDO is reporting that action was filed Monday against the former \u201cReturn to Nature\u201d funeral home. The Fremont County Coroner is still trying to identify all the bodies left there, at the facility near Penrose. Investigators found 189 sets of remains there, earlier this month. They\u2019d gone to look into reports of a horrendous smell coming from the building. The first plaintiff on the new lawsuit is a Richard Law. He says he\u2019d asked that funeral home to cremate his father\u2019s remains 3 years ago, but instead of actual ashes, the funeral home gave him crushed concrete.
