An Adams County grand jury has indicted 13 people, who are accused of stealing dozens of cars, then using them to commit other crimes\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investigators say that crime ring was pretty sophisticated, as they \u201cre-programmed\u201d modern-day car keys to steal those vehicles. The indictment says the group stole almost 60 cars, between February of 2022 and March of this year, a span of 13 months. The vehicles taken were mostly pickup trucks, many of them with the Ford brand, stolen from Denver International Airport lots and other front range locations. The investigators say the thieves would then use the trucks to smash through businesses\u2019 windows and haul away their ATM\u2019s, full of cash. Adams County DA Brian Mason\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
