Comedian and actor Marlon Wayans is fighting a Denver citation over a luggage issue at the airport there, claiming United Airlines workers and city officials discriminated against him, based on his race\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back in June, the star of \u201cScary Movie 1 & 2\u201d was trying to get from Denver to Kansas City for a performance on a United flight. Court filings say Wayans tried to carry 3 bags onto the plane, but agents told him to consolidate them down to 2. Wayans\u2019 lawyers say he did so, but then saw multiple white passengers boarding with 3 each. The court documents say Wayans was eventually allowed to board, but was then kicked out before takeoff. His lawyers say the gate agents racially discriminated against Wayans, and so did the Denver city attorney\u2019s office, when citing him for disturbing the peace.
