The Secretary of State\u2019s office says a vendor sent out about 15 thousand incorrect ballots, for some 75% of the county\u2019s active voters, in Teller County. That\u2019s in the south central part of the state, a little west of Colorado Springs. It\u2019s where Pikes Peak and the town of Woodland Park are. The county clerk\u2019s office says those incorrect ballots don\u2019t have the questions on them for 2 statewide propositions, or the Woodland Park school board election. That district\u2019s recently gotten national attention for adopting a series of very conservative policies like a civics curriculum that had been rejected by the rest of the state, and for declining grants for student mental health programs.
