Robin Niceta (nih-SEHT-uh) is accused of making false child abuse reports against Aurora City Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky. That started after Jurinsky insulted Niceta\u2019s former partner, ex-Aurora Police Chief Vanessa Wilson. Niceta\u2019s criminal case is moving forward, however. Last summer, Jurinsky joined a class action lawsuit against the local Human Services Department, claiming false testimony and bad investigations by Niceta and other social workers tore families apart.
