The encampment at 8th<\/sup> and Logan near the state Capitol, across the street from the Governor\u2019s Mansion is going to be cleared today, after the first phase of the new approach happened Monday, with buses arriving to take people living there to a hotel that\u2019s been converted to a shelter. It\u2019s all part of the promise made by Mayor Mike Johnston when he took office– his pledge to get people off the street and into housing.
