Both those children were being held on adults\u2019 laps. And unfortunately, they were far from alone– of 236 people who\u2019ve died in Colorado traffic crashes so far this year, 126 were not belted in. CDOT stats show 3 of every 5 deaths in rollover crashes happen because seat belts weren\u2019t used. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
TAG– Investigators are still looking into the cause of that late Saturday\/early Sunday wreck, but it initially appears the SUV turned in front of that semi before the impact.
