The group calling itself \u201cAble Shepherd\u201d will not participate in a scheduled event this week with the Arapahoe County Sheriff\u2019s Office. The group wouldn\u2019t comment Wednesday about how many law enforcement agencies are cutting ties with it, following last weekend\u2019s protest. And \u201cAble Shepherd\u201d denied any involvement with the demonstration that disrupted the family-friendly drag show at last Saturday\u2019s Pride Fest. That\u2019s where dozens of its members wearing \u201cStand to Protect Children\u201d t-shirts blocked the view of the stage, and according to some parents, scared their kids.
