The rape case against a former Boulder County firefighter will go to trial…
(Charges for Ex-Firefighter :31)
A judge has ruled there is enough evidence to move forward with charges against former Hygiene Fire Captain Kamron Barnaby. He’s accused of sexually assaulting 4 women, including two fellow firefighters, and another firefighter’s teenage daughter. Some of the alleged assaults are said to have happened while he and the victims were on duty. At a court hearing Thursday, an investigator testified that even more women have come forward. When he was arrested back in April, Barnaby was working for Mountain View Fire. That department put him on unpaid leave. He’s now out of jail on bond, but is due back in court in November.
